Assistant (to the) Regional Manager. Beet Farmer. Former Volunteer Sheriff's Deputy. Yes, Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) is a man of many hats. But as any fan of The Office knows all too well, there's no title he wants more than regional manager of Dunder Mifflin.

Obviously, he lost the gig to Andy (Ed Helms) months ago, but Dwight hasn't given up on his dream just yet (accidental gun firing incident be damned!) In Thursday's episode, airing at 9/8c on NBC, Dwight sets up a new office monitoring system that has him eyeing the big office once again.

"As with all my dreams, I'm guessing it was about my fear of immigrants."
