NEW EMINEM FLAP

The Ontario, Canada attorney general's office is investigating whether Eminem's misogynistic, homophobic lyrics violate the country's hate-crime law. According to MTV News, self-proclaimed "media violence" critic Valerie Smith filed a criminal complaint with the Toronto Police Hate Crimes Unit, charging that the rapper's songs "Kim" and "Kill You" violate Canada's "public incitement of hatred" code. If the attorney general agrees with Smith, Eminem — who gave a performance at the Toronto SkyDome — could face prison time.
