Meet the Cast of Bravo's The New Atlanta

Atlanta has brought its fair share of drama to Bravo with five seasons of The Real Housewives and it's about to bring even more, now that the city is home to the latest installment of Bravolebrities. Tribble Reese, entrepreneur, party promoter
TV Guide Magazine: Why is Atlanta such a reality TV hot spot?
Tribble Reese: Atlanta is the Hollywood of the south. From the nightlife to all of the business that is booming, I try to take full advantage and ride the wave to the top.

TV Guide Magazine: With so many reality docuseries, why should viewers tune into your cast?
Reese:This cast is a grab bag of everything that Atlanta represents. It is a diverse group that comes from all types of backgrounds, but we all have one common goal: to take over Atlanta. You'll see all five of our lives up close and personal, and there are a lot of big personalities that are not afraid to say what is on their mind.

TV Guide Magazine: What is one item that you cannot live without?
Reese: I cannot live without my business cards. I am always networking and meeting new people so it is important that I always have them on me. Patrick Bateman style.

TV Guide Magazine: What is your favorite Housewives cast?
Reese: Definitely Atlanta. I feel like some of the girls on our show would be perfect candidates for that show in a couple of years. By the way some of them act, I feel like they may watch it a little too much.

Emily Lipman, owner/buyer of a denim boutique
TV Guide Magazine: What makes your life fit for reality TV?
Emily Lipman: My life is very hectic. Everyone has always said I should be on reality TV because my life is just insane, but it's so fun. Thankfully, I have a good personality.

TV Guide Magazine: In the premiere episode, you fight with costar Alexandra over conflicting perspectives on having a career or being a stay-at-home mom. Is your career the center of your life?
Lipman: Yes. My shop is my baby so you will see plenty of it!

TV Guide Magazine: Did you know everyone in the cast before you started shooting the series?
Lipman: I knew of everyone from being out and about, but I knew Tribble the best. He is one of my best friends.

Jevon "Vawn" Sims, artist developer, music consultant and author
TV Guide Magazine: Why is Atlanta such a reality TV hot spot?
Jevon "Vawn" Sims: I'm born and bred in Atlanta so I may be a bit biased, but Atlanta is a young, diverse city that has all the nightlife and culture of a big city with all the warmth and charm of a small town. Over the years, Atlanta has become a huge entertainment mecca. From music to TV to film, you can do it all in the "A."

TV Guide Magazine: What is one fact about you that audiences will be surprised to know?
Sims: Even with my hectic schedule, I make time to be there for my son. Whatever he needs, I provide.

TV Guide Magazine: What is one item that you cannot live without?
Sims: I cannot live without my shades!

Alexandra Dilworth, owner of apparel line, recent college graduate
TV Guide Magazine: Why is Atlanta such a reality TV hot spot?
Alexandra Dilworth: Atlanta is a huge international city that has people from all over the world living here. Whether a person is interested in music, acting, modeling or business, this is the city where dreamers can make it happen.

TV Guide Magazine: You just graduated from college. What will we see in your new professional life?
Dilworth: Since I've graduated from college, I have started my own clothing company that is targeted to the people of my generation. Viewers will be able to watch my journey.

TV Guide Magazine: In the premiere episode, you and Emily get in a huge fight, but what cast member do you get along with the best?
Dilworth: Vawn.

Africa Miranda, performer/singer
TV Guide Magazine: With so many reality docuseries, why should viewers tune into your cast?
Africa Miranda: We're a great mix of all the things that make for great TV — hot, fun, dramatic, aggressive and a little wild!

TV Guide Magazine: In the premiere episode, you and Vawn work together in the recording studio. Will we see your singing career progress throughout the series?
Miranda: Yes. And you will see the launch of a performance show I'm co-creator of called The Lipstick Junkies.

TV Guide Magazine: What is one item that you cannot live without?
Miranda: My hair! Wigs, hairpieces, clip-ins, you name it.

TV Guide Magazine: What is your favorite TV show?
Miranda: Scandal. All day every day
