Marvel's The Punisher Adds Supergirl Alum Floriana Lima

Marvel's The Punisheris tapping into some Supergirl talent for Season 2.

Floriana Lima, who played Alex Danvers' (Chyler Leigh) detective girlfriend Maggie Sawyer on the CW series, has been added as a series regular on The Punisher, according to Deadline. Scream actress Giorgia Whigham and Shooter star Josh Stewart will also be joining the Netflix series as regulars.

Lima will step into the role of Krista Dumont, a compassionate psychotherapist for military veterans. Given that Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) is still experiencing PTSD stemming from his time overseas, she might end up being an important ally for him. Meanwhile, Stewart will play John Pilgrim, a man whose cool exterior hides a more troubled interior, and Stewart will portray a grifter with a mysterious past named Amy Bendix.
