The network has pulled its midseason comedy BFFfrom its schedule after only four airings, TVLine.com reports

Series star and executive producer Lennon Parham tweeted Friday, "BFF Fans: Wanted to let you know that our show is being taken off the air until the summer. Hoping to post ep 5 & 6 online asap.... Jessica St. Clair and I CANNOT thank you enough for the love and support of our little show. You guys are truly the best."

In BFF, Parham co-stars with St. Clair, also an executive producer, as friends living across the country from each other who reunite in a Brooklyn apartment.

The comedy premiered on April 4 and attracted 3.9 million viewers and a 1.2 demo rating. Its fourth outing, however, only drew 2.65 million viewers and a 0.8.

A second installment of Betty White's Off Their Rockers will fill BFF's time slot on Wednesdays at 8:30/7:30c.
