NBC will kick off its fall lineup with the return of Parenthood, the network announced Wednesday. Season 3 of the family drama will premiere on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 10/9c. New comedy Up All Night, starring Christina Applegate and Will Arnett, will debut Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 10/9c, followed by Hank Azaria and Kathryn Hahn in Free Agents. The shows will move to their regular timeslots at 8/7c and 8:30/7:30c, respectively, the following week.

Singing competition series The Sing-Off, hosted by Nick Lachey, is back on Monday, Sept. 19 at 8/7c. It will be paired with period drama The Playboy Club, which airs at 10/9c.
Perennial favorite The Biggest Loser is back for Season 12 on Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 8/7c.

Sophomore legal series Harry's Law will return on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 9/8c, followed by the premiere of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit at 10/9c.
Returning half-hour comedies Community, Parks and Recreation, and The Office will air back-to-back on Thursday, Sept. 22, beginning at 8/7c. Newcomer Whitney, starring comedienne Whitney Cummings, will take the 9:30/8:30c slot, followed by the hour-long drama Prime Suspect.
Chuck's final season will take over Friday nights beginning on Oct. 21, joined by new fantasy drama Grimm and Dateline NBC. Saturdays will feature repeats of Harry's Law, Prime Suspect and Law & Order: SVU.
Pending a resolution to the NFL lockout, football season will kick off on Thursday, Sept. 8 with a special at 8/7c and the first game at 8:30/7:30c. Sunday Night Football moves to Sundays starting Sept. 11 at 8/7c.
