Is this NBC's answer to Lost?
In his first gig post Once Upon a Time, Joshua Dallas will take to the skies in NBC's new drama Manifest, which has just been ordered to series.
The show centers around the passengers of Montego Air Flight 828 who safely land but quickly realize the world has jumped forward five years. They must now face a new reality in which their friends and loved ones have moved on, believing them to be dead. But for some, this second chance means they might be destined for something greater. If you loved the final season of Lost, this might be the show for you. Or not. We'll see.
The series comes from Back to the Future writer Robert Zemeckis and Allied producer Jack Rapke. Alongside Dallas, the series also stars Melissa Roxburgh, Athena Karkanis, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina and Parveen Kaur.
In the meantime, you can catch Dallas reprising his role as Prince Charming in the penultimate episode of Once Upon a Time which airs Friday, May 11 at 8/7c on ABC.
Manifest is expected to premiere on NBC sometime during the 2018-2019 season.
