NBC is capitalizing on its hit The Sing-Off and expanding the show's season finale by 30 minutes.

The network will stretch The Sing-Off's live finale until 10:30/9:30c Monday. The 2½-hour broadcast will be followed by a preview of the comedy Perfect Couples(which Variety originally reported).

Ratings: The Sign-Off hits even higher notes

A repeat of Chuckoriginally was scheduled to air at 10/9c Monday.

In its second season, The Sing-Off has become a surprise hit for NBC. The new season premiered to 8.6 million viewers last week and rose 18 percent for its most recent episode on Dec. 13.

Monday's live finale is set to include performances from Sheryl Crow, Sara Bareilles and Neil Diamond, as well as from the star-studded judges panel and host Nick Lachey.

Perfect Couples, a comedy focused on three very different relationships, will debut Thursday, Jan. 20 at 8:30/7:30c.

The series, created by Jon Pollack (30 Rock) and Scott Silveri (Friends), stars Christine Woods, Kyle Bornheimer, Olivia Munn, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, David Walton and Hayes MacArthur.
