Nathan Fillion Has a Thing for Elephants on American Housewife's Season Finale

Who's ready to see Nathan Fillion riding an elephant?

American Housewife is getting a visit from the star of Castle (and ABC's new cop drama, The Rookie), and it might turn out to be the most hilarious thing ever. In this exclusive sneak peek, Katie (Katy Mixon) appears to be at the end of her rope planning the Spring Gala, even though she managed to snag a special appearance from Nathan Fillion -- provided he gets to ride in on an elephant of course.

Fillion gets to play a slightly more eccentric version of himself (very slightly), who is not pleased to hear Katie wants to trade in his elephant entrance for a nice reliable camel.

Whether or not Katie manages to pull off Fillion's grand entrance, at least we know American Housewife was able to pull off a Season 3 renewal. Katie and the rest of the housewives will be back for another year.

American Housewife's season finale airs Wednesday at 9:30/8:30c on ABC.
