In 2010, Cyrus was videotaped smoking from a bong, but denied it was marijuana, claiming it was the legal hallucinogen salvia. In the new interview, when asked if she is a stoner, Cyrus  doesn't exactly deny it. "You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes," she said. "I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves...As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things, and it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Miley Cyrus loves "hood music" but doesn't want to be "the white Nicki Minaj"

As for her reportedly on-again, off-again engagement to Hemsworth, Cyrus simply says, "I wear a ring every single day. I don't talk about my personal life, so that's enough of an answer."
