Jersey Shore ab-master Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has found himself in a legal situation. His former managers have alleged breach of contract and hit him with a $1 million lawsuit, according to E! Online.
Gotham NYC filed the suit on Friday over Sorrentino's dumping of them in May. They say he did not give them the 30 days' notice their contract required. Gotham was with Sorrentino since 2009, the year Jersey Shore hit the air and their suit alleges they elevated Sitch's career "from relative obscurity to become an international celebrity."
For his part, Sorrentino says he dropped the company for their "lack of performance" and his reps have issued a statement claiming this lawsuit "is filled with lies and falsities that will be proven false in court."
Meanwhile, as a follow-up to Friday's story that Sorrentino walked off the set of Jersey Shore (now filming its fifth season), E! reports that he's still partying with the cast in Seaside, NJ.
