Mega Buzz: Scandal's Mistress-gate, a Five-0 Loss, and Once's Trip to Neverland

Did you get any juicy Scandal scoop when you were on set? — Laura 
NATALIE: Olivia Pope might be the First Mistress, but it's her co-workers who will bear the brunt of that revelation in the season premiere. "It makes it hard because they go from being people who manage other people's crises to people who have to manage their own crisis in a big way," Kerry Washington tells me. "When Olivia herself is at the center of it, it really challenges everybody. It's hard for them to figure out what their roles are. If she's the client, how can she be the boss? Who gets to make the rules?"

Got any more teases about the Hawaii Five-0 premiere? — Lindsay
ADAM: Look for McGarrett to be very proactive in his efforts to find out exactly what Wo Fat's connection is to his mother. Since he can't get a straight answer from anyone in the know, he begins investigating his own hypothesis. Meanwhile, fans worried about Kono's absence from the team will understand very quickly how she will remain integral to the story. (Hint: It involves serious danger.) And speaking of danger, the Five-0 team will lose something very dear to them.

What can you tease about Once Upon a Time's premiere? — Jessica 
NATALIE: It's very action-packed. There will be fighting — seriously, at least two people get punched in the face and it's awesome — flying and betrayal. But before we get to Neverland, the third season will pick up in the real world with a moment fans have been waiting for since the beginning of the series. But manage your expectations: You won't get the whole story about that moment until Episode 9.

How soon will Cary and Alicia tell Diane and Will that they're leaving the firm on The Good Wife? — Melanie
ADAM: Not soon enough for Alicia, who, in the season premiere, doesn't deal well with the stress of setting up her new gig with Cary while keeping up with her old duties as a partner at Lockhart/Gardner. Making matters worse, one of the fourth-year associates going with Alicia and Cary —"Carey with an e" (recurring guest star Ben Rappaport) — isn't afraid to sass Alicia about her not-so-secret romantic past with Will. Maybe there's only room for one Cary at the new firm after all!

Do you have any scoop on Modern Family? — Helena 
NATALIE: Is a Modern Family wedding on the horizon? Now that gay marriage is legal in California, Cam and Mitchell will consider tying the knot. "There's something going on in that department," executive producer Steve Levitan tells me. "They will get into it and it will create lots of issues." But don't expect Fizbo to make an appearance at the wedding!

Loved the Castle premiere! What's next? — Hudson
ADAM: As creator Andrew W. Marlowe hinted, Beckett is going to have some work stress in D.C., despite the help and advice of her new partner McCord (Lisa Edelstein). "She's really excited and challenged by the opportunity, but I think there are elements of the opportunity that aren't what she expected," Edelstein says. "Those create a lot of confusion for her." And, yes, those problems extend to Beckett's relationship with Castle. "This particular type of career requires secrecy, and secrecy doesn't survive relationships well," she adds.

Any scoop on Bonnie next season now that she's dead on The Vampire Diaries? — Jonah 
NATALIE: When the show returns, Jeremy is still the only person who knows, and that secret, and their new circumstances, will bring them even closer. "It creates this intense intimacy, even as a friend, that they never had before," Kat Graham told us during a recent visit to the set. "There were always distractions and they weren't ever forced to always just 'be.' You'll see a lot of us working together early on in the season."
Kristina and Adam went through so much together on Parenthood last season. How will Kristina's campaign for mayor affect their relationship? — Bridget
ADAM: Unfortunately, Adam will get dragged into the dirty underbelly of local politics when the press latches onto a story of him assaulting a man in a grocery store just days before the election. After Adam is mobbed by reporters at the Luncheonette, Kristina immediately begins to suspect it was none other than her old boss-turned-opponent Bob Little who spread the story. Things are going to get ugly!

Are babies on the horizon for Bernadette and Howard on The Big Bang Theory? — Joey 
NATALIE: It might be a little too early for that, since Howard still has a lot of growing up to do, which we'll see in the premiere. "Howard is constantly putting his foot in his mouth and trying to balance video games and guy time with being a man," Simon Helberg tells me. "We do watch him try to be a man while accidentally overdosing on estrogen cream and turning into a woman at one point. There are a lot of challenges." Sounds like it! 

Got any new Sons of Anarchy intel? — Jeff
ADAM: Have you noticed how SAMCRO's numbers keep dwindling? Jax certainly has, and he makes that point very well known when his judgment is questioned by one of his previously loyal brothers. Unfortunately for the club, its membership will decrease further by the end of the next episode, which has a high body count, even by Sons' standards.

Please tell me Leslie Knope won't really get recalled on Parks and Recreation! — Marie 
NATALIE: Unfortunately, Leslie will make some major missteps in the premiere that could actually assist the recall campaign against her. Her trip to London to accept an award could end up being her undoing. Oh, (K)no(pe)!
What can you tell us about Beauty and the Beast? — Emily
ADAM: Viewers looking for Vincent and Catherine's happily-ever-after might want to postpone the celebration. After they finally became a couple at the end of Season 1, they'll have to start at Square 1 this season, thanks to Vincent's capture. Why? Because he doesn't remember her! Can Cat make him realize that they are MFEO?

Natalie's Mega Rave: It's TV premiere week, and this is the soundtrack in my head. (Just replace "jingle-belling" with "DVR-ing" and "holiday greetings" with "cliffhanger-solving.")

Adam's Mini Rant: Despite the numerous In Memoriam tributes on Sunday's Emmys, the show forgot to mention one important loss: the death of the awards show.
