Mega Buzz: An NCIS Love Interest, Once's Baby Daddy and Bones' (Series?) Finale

Every week, editors Adam Bryant and Natalie Abrams satisfy your need for TV scoop. Please send all questions to megascoop@tvguide.com or tweet them to @adambryant or @NatalieAbrams. Got any Gibbs scoop on NCIS? — Vanessa ADAM: You've heard that ER's Alex Kingston is going to be guest-starring, yes? Well, surely you've also noticed that she's a redhead, which means that she will definitely catch Gibbs' eye as Miranda Pennebaker, Gibbs' source on D.C.'s underbelly. "She is someone with a bit of a shady past who knows a lot about the underground sale of things," executive producer Gary Glasberg says. In this case, it's the selling of a teenage girl. "Gibbs turns to her for information," Glasberg continues. "They clearly have a bit of a sordid past. It's never really determined how far their past went, but there's flirtation in the air. This is the first time that they are really working together on something." If Cupid has his way, it's likely that Kingston will recur on the show. So the mystery man is Henry's baby daddy on Once Upon a Time? — Monica NATALIE:

Got any Gibbs scoop on NCIS? — Vanessa
ADAM:
You've heard that ER's Alex Kingston is going to be guest-starring, yes? Well, surely you've also noticed that she's a redhead, which means that she will definitely catch Gibbs' eye as Miranda Pennebaker, Gibbs' source on D.C.'s underbelly. "She is someone with a bit of a shady past who knows a lot about the underground sale of things," executive producer Gary Glasberg says. In this case, it's the selling of a teenage girl. "Gibbs turns to her for information," Glasberg continues. "They clearly have a bit of a sordid past. It's never really determined how far their past went, but there's flirtation in the air. So the mystery man is Henry's baby daddy on Once Upon a Time? — Monica
NATALIE:
Yes, it is definitely Neal Cassady, aka the man we saw in the opening moments of the premiere, who knocked up Emma, and that's not the last time we'll see him. "He obviously is posed with the possibility of coming back to Storybrooke because of the pigeon who brought him the little note," Jennifer Morrison says. "So I think definitely there's going to have to be a decision made on his part as to whether or not he decides to follow up on what he started 10 years ago." Considering Morrison says she knew who the father was since the pilot, Neal is totally Bae, right? Hit the comments!

Do you know anything about how this season of Boneswill end? — Wes
ADAM:
I know that executive producers Hart Hanson and Stephen Nathan have begun planning it, and they keep hitting one little roadblock: They're not sure which kind of ending to write. "We know the end of this season and we also know the end of the series," Hanson says. Does that mean — gulp! — that this is the final season? For now, Hanson's only thinking of contingencies. "We have to be ready to end the series," Hanson says. "But we are very, very confident of having a Season 9. If we don't get a Season 9, then... we have to combine [the two endings]."

How soon will we find out who Bloody Face is on American Horror Story? — Harold
NATALIE:
Very soon. But don't even bother guessing; it's a real shocker! (OK, fine — guess in the comments below.) In related news, two Briarcliff charges will find themselves on the outside, but one of them will land directly in the path of Bloody Face. Yes, you should be worried.

Can you tell me anything about Stockard Channing's turn as Alicia's mom on The Good Wife? — Kristen
ADAM:
Executive producer Robert King says that the family reunion will be a trying time for Alicia. "[Her] mom is not a very responsible person. She's in many ways the daughter and Alicia plays the parent," he tells us. "Alicia's mom pulls her back to the woman she used to be, and that is a woman who's not as self-possessed and not as confident."

Dexterscoop, ASAP! — Mark
NATALIE:
Who wants to make a wager on whether it's Dexter or Hannah who kills next? The answer to that may surprise you. But what's even more surprising is the final 30 seconds of this Sunday's episode, in which Debra makes a very interesting life decision.

Got any Person of Interestspoilers? — Peter
ADAM:
Would you settle for some exclusive casting intel? The show has cast 24and Hawaii Five-0alum Reiko Aylesworth. She will appear in this season's ninth episode, which finds Reese and Finch trying to protect a cab driver whose number comes up from his passengers — any one of whom could be involved in the crime. Aylesworth will play Regina Vickers, a Secret Service agent with a hidden agenda. The role is just for one episode... for now.
Will we ever find out who was staring at Carol through the fence on The Walking Dead? — Clark
NATALIE:
We have it on good authority (executive producer Glen Mazzara) that it was the MIA prisoner Andrew, who had run to safety and was formulating his plan to take the prison back. It was not The Governor, as some had suspected. But that doesn't mean that the danger is over for Carol, who was missing in action after T-Dog sacrificed himself to save her. "The danger never subsides," Mazzara says. "There's no safe place, so that story will play out and the audience will find it satisfying."

What else can you tell us about Lisbon's new nemesis on The Mentalist? — Heather
ADAM:
You'll meet him in Sunday's episode when Henry Ian Cusick kicks off his arc. "He is a charming, powerful man who no one can believe is in any way villainous," creator Bruno Heller tells us. He's so charming in fact, that Jane & Co. will question Lisbon's suspicions, and they may have good reason. "Lisbon's search for vengeance is triggered by a huge and traumatic failing on her part," Heller says. "In her eagerness and aggression to catch this guy, she puts other people in harm's way." Hmm, sounds like a good excuse for maternity leave, doesn't it?

What is really going on with Olivia, Cyrus and that table of five on Scandal? — Lucy
NATALIE:
You'll soon learn why these people came together — and the reason behind the explosion is even more shocking than who Quinn Perkins turned out to be. However, someone may dig a little too deep for their own good, and it's not who you expect.

What's coming up for George and Dallas on Suburgatory? — Lisa
ADAM:
Are you ready for the pair to take their relationship to the next level (e.g., do it)? Expect a pretty big production. "Dallas really wants it to be spectacular and she goes to great lengths for that first night of intimacy to be spectacular," Cheryl Hines tells us. "There was some stunt work involved and lots of costumes." Sounds amazing, right? Not so fast. "I'm not sure that George really loves all the theatrics," Hines teases.

What ever happened to the lot on Parks and Recreation? — Seth
NATALIE:
It'll be back in action soon once Leslie's nemesis, Councilman Jamm, tries to make a play for it — and he will play dirty. Don't worry, it's not the biggest disaster — well, it sort of is for Leslie.

Adam's Mega Rave: Can Louis C.K. host Saturday Night Liveevery week? And also, can FX please green-light Lincolnuntil Louiecomes back in 2014?

Natalie's Mini Rant: How I Met Your Motherhas resorted to taking a page out of the Friends playbook? Sorry, but Ted and Robin are no Ross and Rachel.
