Mega Buzz: Breaking Bad's Cancer, a Scandal Breakup and the NCIS Goodbye

Walt looks pretty sickly in the Breaking Bad flash-forward. Will we get more of those scenes in the final episodes? — Tom
ADAM: Probably not many. "Look to last year for the shape of [the season]," creator Vince Gilligan says. (Season 5 opened with a flash-forward, but didn't return to it again until Sunday's premiere.) However, as noted by Walt's return to chemotherapy, his health is of supreme interest to Gilligan & Co. "I don't know if lung cancer is ever cured," Gilligan says coyly. "It's a very insidious thing and you never know when it's going to rear its ugly head. We always kept that in mind and we want to pay off that initial story engine."
Will Abby and David get back together on Scandal this season? — Jones 
NATALIE: Things are definitely not over between Abby and David. "They're slowly circling each other and sniffing each other to see who's going to make the first move," Darby Stanchfield tells us. "Someone may stick their toe in the water, but those two never seem to be on the same page." In the meantime, expect to finally learn more about Abby's backstory this season. "They're going to handle it differently than I thought they were, but we get to it right away," she adds. "It already is completely unpredictable and it's not just one thing, it explodes into a bunch of other scandals."
Is Ziva's goodbye on NCISgoing to be all about Tony, or will she say individual farewells to all her colleagues? — Nancy
ADAM: Executive producer Gary Glasberg says that, given the structure of Ziva's send-off — Tony tries to bring her back to the team — every character may not get a final bit of face time. "I wanted to have as many moments as I could, but my main concern was for Tony and Ziva to have the time they deserved," he says. "This is something that's going to linger with him." (Bonus exclusive casting scoop! Picket Fencesvet Costas Mandylor will play a key role in the two-part premiere, as a businessman dedicated to fighting terrorism.)
Any Vampire Diaries scoop on Stefan/Silas? — Andrew
NATALIE: As we previously spilled, it won't be long before the group figures out that Stefan isn't really Stefan. But before that, get ready to witness the most awkward reunion ever when the Salvatores literally hug it out after their summer apart. You'd think that a hug from Stefan would be Damon's first clue that something is up!
Got any Bones scoop that isn't related to Booth and Brennan getting married? — Noni
ADAM: After becoming Pelant's target in last season's finale, look for Sweets to take stock of where he is in his professional life. "Sweets is asking himself, 'What kind of psychiatrist is he?'" creator Hart Hanson teases. "Should he help individuals, or is he someone who, like our plucky team, helps society as a whole by catching bad guys? He misses helping people, and he really wants to get hands-on.  So, we're going to put him through that."
What's happening with Tina Majorino on Grey's Anatomy? — Brittany 
NATALIE: There's good news and bad news for Mousy fans: Since Season 10 picks up right where we left off, she'll pop up in the premiere, but she won't be around for long. Majorino will be moving on to TNT's Legends, so we'll find out how she'll be leaving Grey Sloan right away.
Any teases about the new season of Person of Interest? Will Reese and Finch still be working together now that the Machine is out of their control? — Ben L.
ADAM: Yes. "The Machine is now in charge of itself, but it still has an almost familial obligation to Finch," executive producer Jonathan Nolan tells us. "It's still honoring the terms of the relationship that Finch built into it." But Finch will definitely not be calling the shots. "It's a growing organism that is evolving, perhaps beyond the scale of his understanding," says executive producer Greg Plageman. Adds Nolan: "A lot of people had plans for the Machine the past two seasons. This season, the question is: What are the machine's plans for us?"
Do you have any scoop on Coach's return to New Girl? — Sarah
NATALIE: Yeah, what happened to Coach (Happy Endings' Damon Wayans Jr.) after he moved to Santa Monica? "[Coach] comes back into the picture at a time when the roommates are at odds with each other," executive producer Liz Meriwether tells us. "The guys are all fighting for his friendship." Well, most of the guys. "We're playing with [Winston] being really insecure about it and that he's really intimidated by Coach and having to learn to standup to Coach," she says.
Is Scarlett going to accept Gunnar's proposal on Nashville? I love them together! — Annie
ADAM: I wouldn't put money on it. "I don't think he'll be instantly a happy chappy when the show returns," Sam Palladio tells us. But that doesn't necessarily mean the relationship is dead. "He's growing and that's reflected in some of the music he writes and some other cool relationships that develop," Palladio says. "We see a new guy." 
Can you share anything on Arrow? — Martin
NATALIE: If Oliver's journey is about becoming a hero, Moira's is about seeking redemption. Unfortunately, her trial will be trouble for Oliver. "This season Laurel is going to be joining the District Attorney's office, so she might have dealings with [the trial]," executive producer Andrew Kreisberg tells me. "Part of it is that she's trying to stay out of it as much as she can, but as always with these things, bad stuff happens."
Homelandis too far away. Any more teases? -- Raj
ADAM: Last season, Quinn appeared to be quite the company man, but not anymore. Not only will he question his mission in a startling act of defiance, he'll also be one of the only people who sticks up for Carrie (Too bad she isn't all that receptive to his concern...)
Is there a chance that Natalie Dormer could return to Elementary? — Clark 
NATALIE: Yes, but don't expect Irene Adler to pop up in the first half of the new season, which picks up months after the events of the finale. "Is Sherlock completely over everything that happened? No, but he tends to internalize and compartmentalize everything," executive producer Rob Doherty says, noting that when she does return, it won't be as a villain -- or at least not the villain of Season 2.
