MARTHA APPEALS
Lawyers for Martha Stewart filed an appeal Thursday, arguing that the domestic diva received an unfair trial for a number of reasons, including misconduct by the prosecution and lies by a government witness. A decision from the Court of Appeals is not expected until after Stewart completes serving her delightful five-month prison sentence at West Virginia's Camp Cupcake.
