Boston Native Mark Wahlberg Sends Prayers After Marathon Bombings

Hours after the Boston Marathon bombings, Boston native Mark Wahlberg had to hit the red carpet for the New York premiere of his upcoming film, Pain and Gain, which says really put things in perspective for him.

"We're dealing with real life; none of this sh-- is important," he told CBS News, appearing visibly upset. "You're dealing with real life, innocent people getting hurt and it's just disgusting. It's horrible. I'm trying to be a pro and be out here doing my job, but it kind of sucks. It puts it all in perspective. This stuff doesn't mean anything compared to what's happening in the real world. Everybody please send our thoughts and prayers going out to everybody."

Obama: Boston Marathon bombings an "act of terror"; no suspect in custody

Monday's explosions near the finish line of the Boston Marathon claimed the lives of three people and injured more than 175 others. So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the heinous acts, which President Barack Obama has called an "act of terror."
