You may want to grab a drink (or several) at the Dal while you still can, because it's the beginning of the end for Lost Girl.

Syfy has announced a U.S. premiere date for the Canadian series' fifth and final season, so go ahead and mark your calendars for Friday, April 17 at 10/9c. That's when Season 5--which was expanded to 16 episodes and will air in two parts-- will debut its first eight episodes, which focus on Bo's (Anna Silk) attempts to rescue Kenzi (Ksenia Solo) from the underworld.

What to watch this month on Netflix

Also returning to Syfy on April 17 will be the Canadian werewolf drama Bitten, which leads into Lost Girl with a two-hour Season 2 premiere at 8/7c. The series will then air in its regular 9/8c timeslot beginning April 24. In Season 2, Elena (Laura Vandervoort) and the Danvers pack will meet a coven of witches who could use their support.

Meanwhile, in non-Canadian import news, Syfy has also selected April to launch its newest original series, Olympus. A 13-episode mythological drama set in the world of humans, gods, and monsters, the series stars Matt Frewer (Orphan Black), Sonita Henry (The Fifth Element), Cas Anvar (Argo), and Graham Shiels (Guardians of the Galaxy) and "captures the dangerous courage of a few brave men and women who banished the gods to the realm of the unconscious," a.k.a. the underworld. Olympus will bow Thursday, April 2 at 10/9c.
