Game of Thrones shells out a ton of money to film Lena Headey nude scene

Details on the specifics of Akinnuoye-Agbaje's Thrones role are being kept under wraps, but we do know he'll play a character named Malko. I just quickly read every single book in the Song of Ice and Fire series that Game of Thrones is based on, and I can report that there is no character in novels by that name.

However, Game of Thrones has changed names of characters before for clarity (Yara Greyjoy was Asha Greyjoy in the book, so as not to confuse her with the Wildling Osha) or to combine multiple characters into one character (the Boltons' muscle-man Locke is actually a version of Vargo Hoat and some of his Brave Companions followers from the books). So Malko could literally be anyone, or an entirely new character.

QUIZ: How well do you know Lost?

Akinnuoye-Agbaje played Mr. Eko on Lost during the series' second and third seasons. He famously asked that his character be written off the show because he didn't feel at home in Hawaii, and Mr. Eko was eaten by The Smoke Monster in early Season 3. His other credits include Oz and The Bourne Identity, and he'll also be seen in the upcoming film Trumbo.

Game of Thrones heads into Season 5 featuring material from the books A Feast For Crows and A Dance With Dragons, and, for the first time, flashbacks. Look for it in 2015.
