NBC picked up two comedy pilots Tuesday, including one from Saturday Night Live executive producer Lorne Michaels.

Michaels' as-yet untitled series project is an irreverent look at parenthood from the perspectives of an acerbic working mother, her stay-at-home husband and her outspoken parents. The pilot was written by Emily Spivey (a writer for Parks and Recreation and, previously, SNL), who will executive produce along with Michaels.

NBC also picked up Bent, from writer and executive producer Tad Quill (Scrubs), a single-camera romantic comedy about a recently divorced "type A" mom who tries her best not to fall for the sexy, surfer-dude contractor redoing her kitchen.
