Lisa Vanderpump and Husband Ken Sued Over Stolen Gay Bar

Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd have been sued over a gay bar property dispute, The Wrap reports.
On Wednesday, Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver named The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars as defendants in a lawsuit, claiming the couple took the West Hollywood location where they had planned to open their gay sports bar.

According to the suit, producer Eli Samaha agreed to invest $500,000 in Bar Varsity, though Carrillo and Gruver never received the payment. Samaha also allegedly convinced the pair to open the business in the location of coffee shop Java Detour, which Samaha co-owns with his brother. But instead, the suit alleges that Samaha and co-defendants Freddy Braidy and Edward Frumkes leased the property to Vanderpump and Todd to open P.U.M.P. Lounge.Carrillo and Gruver contend that the Bravo stars were aware of Bar Varsity's claim on the location and "intended to disrupt the performance of the Agreement." Vanderpump and Todd deny the allegations, saying in a statement: "We had no prior knowledge of Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver or their claim. We took the lease in good faith seven months ago and all of our applications and notices have been posted publicly. Any issue will be between them and the property owner."Carrillo and Gruver are asking for an injunction to block further construction on P.U.M.P. Lounge and "restitution to plaintiffs and disgorgement of all ill-gotten gains by defendants."
