Lisa Vanderpump's husband Ken Todd is being sued by two brothers who claim he assaulted them while they were working construction at a bar, TheWrap.com reports.

Kevin and David Cazaref say Todd criticized Kevin's technique of demolishing concrete "in a rude and aggressive manner" at P.U.M.P. Lounge in West Hollywood last October, according to a lawsuit filed last week and obtained by the site. He then allegedly pushed Kevin in the chest after Kevin asked him to be more polite. Todd owns P.U.M.P with his wife, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Do you know these stars' real names?

Authorities were called, and the Cazarefs claim that they negotiated a fee that Todd would pay them as "a gesture of good faith." But before Todd could withdraw the money, the trio began arguing again and Todd accused them (loudly) of trying to "blackmail" him, the lawsuit alleges.

Previously, Todd had sued the Cazarefs over the same incident, claiming that Kevin threw a concrete chipper at him, resulting in "serious and permanent injury to [Todd's] lower body, including his hip, leg and knee," according to TheWrap.com. He also accused the brothers of "attempted shakedown and extortion." That lawsuit was dismissed in March.

Kevin and David Cazaref are now accusing Todd of battery, assault, slander (for accusing them of blackmail within earshot of others) and abuse of process, and are seeking unspecified damages.
