Judge to Lindsay Lohan: Plea deal means jail time
The Mean Girls star faces possible jail time for the theft charge, as well as violating her probation. Her probation stems back to a 2007 drunk driving arrest.
Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, notified Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers that there would be no court hearing Friday.
