Lindsay Lohan Due in Court, Misses Flight from NYC to LA

Lindsay Lohan is due in court Monday morning, but it's unclear whether the actress will actually make an appearance after missing her flight from New York City to Los Angeles over the weekend.

Lohan was supposed to take a cross-country flight Saturday night but skipped it in favor of going to a concert at a club in New York City, TMZ reports. She rescheduled the flight and was scheduled to fly out late Sunday evening with her mother Dina.

Monday's hearing, which is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m. ET, marks the start of Lohan's trial for lying to police after she crashed her car on the Pacific Coast Highway last year. If convicted, she could be sentenced to eight months in prison — and if she's a no-show Monday, a bench warrant will be issued.
