Lindsay Lohan Hits a Man With Her Car After Leaving Club

Lindsay Lohan is back in the spotlight this week — and it's not career-related. The actress hit a man with her car outside of a club just before 1 a.m. Wednesday morning and then drove away, the Los Angeles Times reports.
According to Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department, who was on the scene, Lohan was trying to avoid paparazzi when she "brushed" the man's leg.

Witnesses reported that the woman driving the car was Lohan and that she drove away after the incident, which occurred on Hollywood Boulevard.
After receiving a call from the man involved, police took down the information, but did not end up filing an official report or calling Lohan because the man was uninjured.
Eisenman said it is not being considered a hit-and-run.
