LIGHTS, CAMERA, OUSTED!

There's been a major on-camera shake-up at Access Hollywood. The good news? Grating co-anchor Pat O'Brien is out. The bad news? He's being replaced by the equally grating Billy Bush. O'Brien, whose last day is Friday, apparently couldn't come to terms on a new contract. The former CBS sportscaster won't be off the airwaves for long though: He's reportedly in talks with Paramount to host the upcoming Entertainment Tonight spin-off, The Insider. Meanwhile, Bush will be paired with current co-anchor Nancy O'Dell, who's more scary than grating.
