When she called in on Wednesday, Dunham was extremely diplomatic and didn't hold a grudge. "I appreciate it and I appreciate your effort to rectify," Dunham told the host. "But whether you'd done that or not, I'd have remained a [Stern] enthusiast."But her support of Stern's brash persona doesn't mean she believes everything the radio host said was fair. In response to Stern calling her a "little fat girl who kind of looks like Jonah Hill," Dunham told the host, "I'm not that fat, Howard. I don't mean to take major issue with you about this. I'm not super thin, but I'm thin for, like, Detroit!""You're not obese or anything," Stern admitted."Thank you. Another thing for my gravestone," Dunham said, with mock-gratitude.
