While Mario Lopez may be headed to co-host The X Factor and Mark-Paul Gosselaar's TNT series was just renewed, one Saved by the Bellcastmember has been missing from the spotlight lately — and there's a reason for that.

Lark Voorhies, known for playing Lisa Turtle on the high school series, has reportedly been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, her mother tells People.

"There are things that have traumatized her," Tricia Voorhies tells the magazine. "I care deeply about my daughter and I want her to resume her life."

After a series of interviews in which Voorhies would mumble to herself or stare off in the distance, her mother insists she has the disorder, but Voorhies says she is not sick and has actually been busy working on low-budget indie productions, among other projects. "I have a strong spiritual sense," she says of the mumbling. "You caught me in moments of pray. [sic]"
