Lady Gaga Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga will sing the national anthem at Super Bowl 50 on Sunday, the AP reports. Actress Marlee Matlin will sign the song for the hearing impaired.

Gaga's announcement is the latest in a string of wins for the entertainer: she won a Golden Globe for her turn on American Horror Story: Hotel in January, nabbed both Grammy and Oscar nominations for the song "Til it Happens To You," and she'll be the lone artist to perform the David Bowie tribute at the Grammys on Feb. 15.

While we certainly have fond memories of Gaga's meat dress and inflatable outfit days, we have to give her props on one of the most masterful re-inventions since Steve Jobs came back to Apple. Go girl!

The Super Bowl airs Sunday Feb. 7, on CBS, with kickoff at 6:30/7:30c.
