Everyone who bet that Benjamin McKenzie would be The O.C.'s breakout star is gonna be out some dough today. Second banana Adam Brody has landed his first movie lead, opposite Meg Ryan (and, apparently, a bunch of other chicks) in In the Land of Women. The comedy, about a screenwriter who gets mixed up with his grandma's female neighbors, will be directed by Jonathan Kasdan, son of The Big Chill helmer Lawrence Kasdan.
