Pilot Season: Kristen Schaal Replaces Mandy Moore in ABC's Pulling

Kristen Schaal has replaced Mandy Moore in ABC's comedy pilot Pulling, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

Schaal will play Louise in the pilot, which is based on a British series about a trio of 30-something dysfunctional women trying to figure their lives out. Comediennes Jenny Slate and June Diane Raphael will co-star.

Moore dropped out of the project last week, saying producers had started to move the character "in a different direction." She's signed on to voice a cat sheriff in the animated Disney Junior series Sheriff Callie's Wild West, which debuts in September. 

Schaal was most recently seen as unhinged page Hazel on 30 Rock and also voices a character on Fox's Bob's Burgers.
