Kevin Costner to Release Country Album

Kevin Costner's coming to town.
The actor is slated to release a country album with his band Modern West, he tells
People.
Scheduled for a Nov. 11 debut, the disc will fulfill a lifelong goal of Costner's, because although he's made a living in acting, he's always wanted to play music (don't they all?).
"I remember looking into the crowd, thinking, 'This just feels right,'" he said of a summer performance.
Modern West has been together for almost two decades, but stalled when Costner's film career took off.
The 53-year-old co-wrote half of the 12 tracks on the CD. Several tunes will hit country radio this week.
