On Monday, a Los Angeles judge signed off on the deal naming Katherine Jackson the permanent guardian of Prince Michael I, 12, Paris Katherine, 11, and Prince Michael II (aka "Blanket"), 7, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Superior Court told TVGuide.com.Last week, Katherine, 79, reached a custody agreement with Deborah Rowe, the biological mother of Prince Michael and Paris, that allows Rowe visitation rights based on a schedule worked out by a child psychologist. Details of the visitation rights were not specified in court, the spokeswoman said. Judge Mitchell Beckloff's ruling is in accordance with Jackson's wishes. The singer designated his mother in his 2002 will as the person he wanted to raise his children in the event of his death.

Katherine attended the hearing with daughters LaToya, Rebbie and son Randy Jackson. Rowe did not attend.Beckloff also granted monthly stipends to Katherine and the children to be paid out from the singer's estate, the spokeswoman said. The amounts were not disclosed, but the requested figures were trimmed due to duplication. Beckloff is also expected to rule on who will be the executors of Jackson's estate. John Branca, an attorney, and John McClain, a music executive, were named temporary executors last month. The two men are also the co-executors named in Jackson's will. Katherine filed papers last week seeking control of her son's estate.
