Cpl. Kelsey De Santis, who took Justin Timberlake as her date to the Marine Corps Ball, says the event was "wonderful."
"It was a really good experience. He had a big smile on his face and so did I," De Santis said on Tuesday's Today show. "The whole thing was about bringing sexy back. It was a good time. We were on the dance floor and having a good time at the table joking and laughing. It was altogether really great."

Justin Timberlake keeps his word, attends Marine Corps Ball

The combat instructor famously invited Timberlake via YouTube in July after Timberlake's Friends with Benefits co-star Mila Kunis accepted Sgt. Scott Moore's invitation to his ball.Timberlake wrote on his website Sunday that he wasn't prepared to be so moved by Saturday night's experience. "You could see he genuinely cared about what he saw," De Santis said. But De Santis doesn't have any advice for Moore, whose ball is on Friday."I don't think he needs it, with the video he came out with, I'm confident he'll have a great time like I did," she said.Check out her Today interview:
