After less than a day of jury deliberation, Richard Hatch was found guilty Wednesday of failing to pay taxes on his $1 million Season 1 Survivor winnings, then handcuffed and taken into custody after the judge deemed him a potential flight risk. Hatch — whose lawyer at one point contended that Survivor execs had agreed to take care of the taxes when the oft-naked competitor spied other contestants cheating — faces up to 13 years in prison and a $600,000 fine when he is sentenced on April 28.
