The Good Wife star Julianna Margulies has been selected as the newest face of L'Oreal Paris beauty products.
The 44-year-old actress will appear in TV commercials and magazine ads for L'Oreal's RevitaLIft line beginning in 2011. Margulies said she was happy to join a company whose tag line she grew up reciting.

"I remember the first time I heard ['because you're worth it']. I was young, and I said to myself, 'When I have money, I will buy beautiful products and feel I'm worth it'" Margulies told WWD
.Margulies, who said she's always considered her skin one of her best assets, said she was happy that the company is as focused on women's empowerment as much as beauty. "They seem truly more excited about my feelings about being a woman and what that means to me and how I take care of myself, which is telling about a beauty company," she said. "They are not just worried about how women look but how they feel."

Although Margulies said her face has never been cosmetically enhanced with Botox or other facial treatments, she isn't necessarily opposed to them."I would never say never. The beauty of being a woman is you are allowed to change your mind," she said. "I value that my face moves. I am an actress. I have earned my laugh lines. That is part of my age and beauty. I think everyone has their own path in aging, but you have to find what works for you."Margulies joins Eva Longoria Parker
, Penelope Cruz
and Beyonce Knowles
as celebrity representatives of the company.
