Josh Duggar admitted in August to using an Ashley Madison account, being addicted to porn and cheating on his wife.

Now, adult film star Danica Dillon, with whom he allegedly cheated, is suing the former 19 Kids and Counting star for $500,000, claiming Duggar "assaulted her to the point of causing physical and emotional injuries," according to court documents obtained by People.

Dillon, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, claims that Duggar paid for $600 worth of lap dances while she was a featured dancer at the The Gold Club in Philadelphia before asking her to meet him in his hotel room. Once they were in private, Dillon says Duggar "manhandled" her to such an extent she "felt as if she were being raped," according to the documents. Duggar than paid her $1,500 for the encounter.

Dillon says the two met again a month later when Duggar attempted to apologize, but allegedly assaulted her again.

The lawsuit isn't the first time Dillon has spoken out about the affair. The performer gave an interview to Entertainment Tonight about her sexual relationship with Duggar in September.

Duggar is currently in a faith-based rehab center, Reformers Unanimous, in Rockford, Ill.. He checked in to the center in August after the news of Ashley Madison membership came to light.
