Blood is thicker than water, but apparently there's too much water under the bridge to keep the Jonas Brothers together.
Nearly three weeks after they canceled their tour at the last minute due to a "deep rift within the band," the Jonas Brothers have officially split, People reports.
"It's over for now," Kevin Jonas said.
"It's really hard to say 'forever.' We're closing a chapter, for sure," Nickadded.
"It was a unanimous decision," said Joe.
According to People, the brothers decided to disband after Nick's confessed during a meeting on Oct. 3 that he was concerned about the future of the band. "I was feeling kind of trapped," he explained. "I needed to share my heart with my brothers."
