A former Royal Caribbean cruise room attendant has filed a federal lawsuit against John Travolta, claiming that the actor stripped off his robe and pushed him, People reports.

Fabian Zanzi claims that Travolta, 58, said, "Take me, I will take care of you, please," when Zanzi delivered food to Travolta's cabin in June 2009, according to the suit, which was filed June 21 in Los Angeles.

Zanzi also claims that the actor offered him $12,000 to stay silent about the incident, but Zanzi says he filed a report immediately afterward, but was not allowed to include any information about nudity or a sexual act. He claims he was put in a "segregated room" until Travolta exited the ship five days later.

This is the third such accusation of improper sexual behavior against Travolta this year. "This is another ludicrous lawsuit with inane claims," Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, said in a statement to People. "It is obvious that Mr. Zanzi and his lawyers are looking for their 15 minutes of fame."

Singer also called it a "dubious claim," and noted that Zanzi continued to work for the cruise company after the incident. Royal Caribbean confirmed that Zanzi was working as a room service phone operator in June 2009 on the Enchantment of the Seas ship, and that he resigned on May 18, 2011.

Zanzi is seeking unspecified damages for assault, battery and emotional distress. Zanzi first made the claims against Travolta to the Spanish-language news outlet, 24 Horas.

Travolta will next co-star in Oliver Stone's Savages, out July 6.
