Simpson, 32, and Johnson, 33, announced they were expecting Baby No. 2 via Twitter on Christmas. In March she slipped on Jimmy Kimmel and revealed she was having a boy.

"The crazy thing is, I never knew that a wiener could actually make me nauseous," she said. "Well, I guess I just told the whole world I'm having a boy! ... I can't believe I just did that. That was not planned!"

The couple, who are already parents to 13-month-old daughter Maxwell Drew, got engaged in 2010 after dating for six months. Just as Maxwell's name honors both parents' family (Maxwell is Johnson's middle name and his grandmother's surname, while Drew is Simpson's mother's maiden name), Ace's middle name honors Eric's paternal grandfather, Knute Johnson.

Simpson reportedly gained 70 pounds during her first pregnancy. Shortly after giving birth she signed a deal to be the new Weight Watchers spokeswoman. Simpson later shed 60 pounds within six months of giving birth. Upon learning the news of her second pregnancy, the company tweeted, "Congrats to @JessicaSimpson, Eric and big-sister-to-be Maxwell! Your WW family is so thrilled for you. What an amazing year you've had!"
