Lawyer: Jesse James Is Not a Neo-Nazi

A photo of Jesse James posed as Adolf Hitler was a joke and does not make the motorcycle builder a neo-Nazi, his attorney says.
On Wednesday, Us Weekly ran a photo of James — taken around 2004, a year before he wed Sandra Bullock — wearing a Nazi cap, miming Hitler's mustache and giving the Nazi salute.

The cap was in bad taste, but it was a gag gift from James' Jewish godfather, his attorney, Joe Yanny, told CNN, adding that owning Nazi memorabilia does not make one a neo-Nazi. James, 40, has also lived on an Israeli kibbutz for a month, Yanny said.Earlier this week, James entered a treatment facility for "personal issues," nearly two weeks after tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee claimed she had an 11-month affair with him. Since then, three more women have come forward claiming to have had affairs with the former Monster Garage star.Yanny did not disclose the nature of James' treatment or the state of his client's marriage, saying that "99 percent" of recent tabloid reports were untrue.
