Jesse James: I Can't Worry About Sandra Bullock Anymore

Jesse James says it's time to focus on himself and not on Sandra Bullock."I can't worry about her anymore," James tells ABC News in an interview to air on Wednesday's Nightline. "I've spent a good chunk of the last five or six years worrying only about her and what she thinks and what I should do and controlling all my movements.  I think it's time to worry about Jesse and making sure Jesse's happy."Which celebrity breakup shocked you the most?

Jesse James says it's time to focus on himself and not on Sandra Bullock.
"I can't worry about her anymore," James tells ABC News in an interview to air on Wednesday's Nightline. "I've spent a good chunk of the last five or six years worrying only about her and what she thinks and what I should do and controlling all my movements.  I think it's time to worry about Jesse and making sure Jesse's happy."
Which celebrity breakup shocked you the most?

After James admitted to cheating on Bullock last spring, the Oscar winner filed for divorce and moved to Austin, Texas. James closed the business that made him famous, West Coast Choppers, and bought a 15-acre home near Austin, in hopes that his children could maintain a relationship with the actress and that he could see Louis, the son they were in the process of adopting. Bullock ended up adopting Louis as a single parent. But despite the close proximity, the exes have not been in contact.
"I've never seen Louis since everything happened, so a year," James says. His daughter Sunny has seen Bullock "a couple of times, but pretty much [have had] no contact at all for several months."

Jesse James to pen memoir

James, who recently released his memoir American Outlaw, is now engaged to L.A. Ink star Kat Von D. He says that he will remain faithful.

Although the 42-year-old says what he did to Bullock was "horrible," he now forgives himself.

"Just because I cheated on my wife and got busted for it, and it became a whole media s--tstorm, it doesn't mean that I'm not valuable," he says. "I'm sorry it happened. I'm sorry it went down the way it did, but I forgive myself and now I can move on."
