The Party of Five alum told authorities that he was kidnapped after two men stopped to help him change a flat tire. The 37-year-old actor said he was forced to use illicit drugs, but was later able to escape the car.
"I had a gun put to my head," he said. "I had my family threatened. We're working closely with the Palm Springs Police Department to get the rest of the guys. There's one guy in custody. There's two more out there."
London, who has long struggled with drug abuse in the past, said he is also seeking restraining orders against his mother and twin brother Jason, who he claims have spread "outrageous lies" about his kidnapping.
