Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno

Jay Leno just can't quit The Tonight Show.

The late-night alum will sit down with current Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon as a guest on Friday, Nov. 7, presumably to talk about his acceptance of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor last month. The ceremony will air Nov. 23 on PBS.

8 bubble shows: Which will survive?

Leno spent 22 years behind the desk of the Tonight Show with the exception of a brief seven-month period in 2009 when Conan O'Brien was the host and Leno headlined the doomed The Jay Leno Show in primetime. He handed over the reins to Fallon in February.

In 2015, Leno will star on a new CNBC show called Jay Leno's Garage in which the infamous car hoarder will, yep, talk about cars.
