Jason Isaacs Joins NBC's REM

Jason Isaacs has been cast in the NBC pilot, REM, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The project, from Lone Starcreator Kyle Killen, is a twist on the typical crime procedural and centers on a police detective who's involved in a traumatic car accident and then wakes up in two fractured realities. The story follows his simultaneous and parallel lives with his broken family.

REM will be run by 24 showrunner Howard Gordon.

Isaacs' most recently starred in Showtime's Brotherhood.
