Into the Badlands Exclusive: Moon Goes to Battle in the Midseason Finale

Into the Badlands' Season 3 midseason finale airs Sunday, and the post-apocalyptic kung fu opus is gonna go all out with its balletic battle scenes according to this exclusive sneak peek.

In this clip, Moon (Sherman Augustus) and the Widow's (Emily Beecham) forces finally meet Baron Chau (Eleanor Matsuura) and her army on the battlefield. The battle is intense; the pools of blood are ankle-deep and dudes are getting set on fire. It kind of reminds me of My Chemical Romance's World War II-themed music video for "The Ghost of You" because of the grayish color palette, sandy setting and those wooden cross things, but this has way more blood.

And like MCR bassist Mikey Way in the video, Moon has been shot! Looks like he takes an arrow to the chest in Sunday's episode. He's perched on that stand as the clip ends, but will he come down alive?

Elsewhere in the episode, Sunny (Daniel Wu) and Baije (Nick Frost) finally make it to Pilgrim's (Babou Ceesay) fortress, where they're going to find M.K. (Aramis Knight), who you know is about to go HAM on his former father figure whom he believes killed his mother.
