Early numbers show that the first big-screen adaptation of Suzanne Collins' book trilogy is tracking toward at least $25 million from Friday's midnight screenings, Variety reports. The number could reach $30 million by the time all the tickets are counted, putting the film in line with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1, which earned $30.25 million in midnight receipts in November.Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 holds the midnight screening record with $43.5 million and the all-time opening weekend record with $169.1 million. The Hunger Games is expected to rake in between $120-$125 million, which would give it the record for the biggest March debut (Alice in Wonderland's $116.1 million total is the current mark.)
