House of Cards Renewed for Season 3

House of Cards' second season doesn't premiere until next week, but some cast members are already looking ahead to Season 3. When star Robin Wright was asked by reporters Tuesday if she was interested in continuing her Golden Globe-winning role as Claire Underwood, the manipulative wife of newly-appointed Vice President Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey), the actress responded: "Sure, bring it on."

House of Cards' second season doesn't premiere until next week, but some cast members are already looking ahead to Season 3.

When star Robin Wright was asked by reporters Tuesday if she was interested in continuing her Golden Globe-winning role as Claire Underwood, the manipulative wife of newly-appointed Vice President Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey), the actress responded: "Sure, bring it on."

"We start shooting Season 3 soon," Wright continued, though she said she has not seen scripts beyond Season 2.

A Netflix rep later confirmed the show had been renewed for a third season.

House of Cards Season 2 premieres Friday, Feb. 14 on Netflix.
