HBO is staying in the Alec Berg business.

On Thursday, the cable network renewed the two comedies executive-produced by Berg, Barry and Silicon Valley.

Barry, which is currently in the midst of its first season, stars Bill Hader as the titular depressed hitman who discovers an unexpected and untenable love for acting. Berg and Hader are the creators. It's one of the best shows on TV at the moment.

Silicon Valley will also return for its sixth season. The tech industry satire was created by Berg and Mike Judge and is currently airing its first season without former star T.J. Miller. It's a little long in the tooth, but it still packs a lot of laughs into every half hour. It stars Emmy nominee Thomas Middleditch and Oscar nominee Kumail Nanjiani, who got the nod for co-writing The Big Sick.

Silicon Valley airs Sundays at 10/9c on HBO, followed by Barry at 10:30/9:30c.
