"What is this to be? I was caught red-handed — I mean, literally," Izzard's character hisses in the exclusive sneak peek at the episode below. "There's no mystery as to whodunit? I did it. ... I do not have to convince you that I am the Chesapeake Ripper."But Will isn't convinced. In fact, he quickly deduces that perhaps Izzard's character is simply a distraction because the FBI is getting too close to the real Chesapeake Ripper. Elsewhere in the episode, Jack turns to Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) to grieve his wife's cancer diagnosis. But Jack is also forced to relive a painful past involving a young agent (Anna Chlumsky doing her best Clarice Starling) when a copycat killer begins taunting him. Could these two baffling mysteries be connected? Watch the sneak peek below. Hannibal airs Thursdays at 10/9c on NBC.
