Earlier this month, Goop-Master Gwyneth Paltrow gave an hourlong candid interview to Howard Stern in which she talked about sex, her famous exes, the death of her father, and more.

We could bring up the honest way she spoke about ex-boyfriend Ben Affleck ("He wasn't in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend") and his current wife Jennifer Garner ("Not only is she beautiful, but she's so warm, and she cooks and is so into her kids -- she's really great and she's hilarious.")

We could talk about her canceled engagement to Brad Pitt ("I was 22 when we met and it's taken me until 40 to get my head out of my ass. You can't make a decision when you're 22 years old.")

We could also talk about her late father's reaction to said canceled engagement ("My father was so devastated when we broke up. My father loved him like a son.")

But the real takeaway from Paltrow's interview is that, despite all of the jokes, her daughter Apple "loves" her name. You can tell Gwyneth does too by the way she explained the fruity moniker: "Chris [Martin] named her."

Paltrow split from Martin last year in the Blog Post Heard 'Round the World.

"We actually have a really strong friendship and we laugh and we have fun," she told Stern. "But there are times when it's really difficult and things happen and you're like, 'I'm sure he doesn't want to hang out with me and I don't want to hang out with him.' But for the sake of the kids you do it. But you also don't do it all tense."

You can listen to the full interview, which also includes her thoughts on oral sex and whether or not she ever made a sex tape with Pitt, below:
